Buymed Sponsors The Pulmoll & Press Shot Pickleball Charity Cup 2025: Spreading The Message “Organ Donation Saves Lives – Giving Is Forever”
Buymed is proud to sponsor and accompany the Pulmoll & Press Shot Pickleball Charity Cup 2025, joining hands to spread the message of organ donation and conveying to the community the profound meaning that every act of giving can offer someone else a chance to live.
On June 28, 2025, at Van Phuc City (Ho Chi Minh City), the Vietnam Organ Donation Association partnered with Buymed, Pulmoll Vietnam, and Press Shot to host the Pulmoll & Press Shot Pickleball Charity Cup 2025. As a proud sponsor, Buymed joined this meaningful initiative to turn sports into a platform for raising awareness on organ donation—reminding the community that every act of giving has the power to save a life.

For Buymed, sponsoring the tournament reflects a strong commitment to building a holistic healthcare ecosystem—one that goes beyond product supply to focus on raising awareness, inspiring action, and fostering human values for a healthier and more compassionate society.

The event brought together over 200 athletes, including more than 64 doctors and medical professionals from leading hospitals and institutions such as Cho Ray Hospital, Gia Dinh People’s Hospital, 115 Hospital, University Medical Center, Military Hospital 175, Can Tho Central General Hospital, and the Can Tho Department of Health.

The tournament was also honored by the presence of distinguished healthcare leaders and experts, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien – former Central Committee member and former Minister of Health – alongside professors, doctors, and directors of major hospitals. Their participation underscored the unity and determination of the healthcare sector in spreading the noble message of organ donation and raising public awareness of this life-saving cause.

With support from Buymed, Pulmoll, and Press Shot, the tournament raised more than 103 million VND. All proceeds will go to the Vietnam Organ Donation Communication Center, which produces films, stories, and campaigns that spread compassion while honoring the families of those who donated their organs after passing.

The Charity Cup 2025 featured two categories with four events: Series A – Men’s Doubles 6.0 and Mixed Doubles 5.0; Series B – Men’s Doubles 6.0 and Mixed Doubles 5.0. A highlight of the event was the charity auction of pickleball paddles signed by world-renowned players like Ben Johns, Andre Agassi, and Tyson McGuffin, which drew significant attention and contributions.

The Pulmoll & Press Shot Pickleball Charity Cup 2025 concluded with resounding success, leaving a lasting impression of unity and compassion through sports. More than just a tournament, it was a reminder of the profound meaning of organ donation—because “giving is forever.”
