“Dược Khúc 2025” – a unique pharmaceutical event combined with a world-class entertainment experience
Over 200 of Vietnam’s largest traditional pharmacies had the opportunity to participate in “Dược Khúc 2025” – an event that perfectly blended professional networking with top-tier entertainment. More than just a platform for connection, the event paved the way for long-term strategic partnerships, leveraging Buymed’s resources and technological strengths to help pharmacies adapt and expand their businesses in the digital era.
Unlike conventional pharmaceutical events, “Dược Khúc 2025” was meticulously and professionally organized in the luxurious setting of the New World Saigon Hotel, featuring spectacular artistic performances. The presence of renowned singers such as Giang Hong Ngoc and Tran Minh Dung not only brought moments of relaxation but also infused the event with energy and inspiration, motivating pharmacies in their growth journey.

Digital transformation – an inevitable step for pharmacies in the new era
The future of the pharmaceutical industry is inseparable from digitalization. The government has set ambitious goals to accelerate technology adoption in healthcare and e-commerce. However, many pharmacies still face major challenges. These include applying digital tools in business operations, managing pharmacies effectively, and leveraging existing advantages to compete with modern pharmacy chains.

At “Dược Khúc 2025”, Buymed provided valuable insights to help major traditional pharmacies better understand its business model. The company also introduced practical solutions to foster breakthrough growth, creating a modern, more accessible healthcare ecosystem for the community.

Buymed – When technology redefines the “game”
During the program, Mr. Vuong Đinh Vu – Co-founder and COO of Buymed – outlined Buymed’s roadmap to empower pharmacies with a competitive edge in the digital era through three key phases in 2025:
- Phase 1 (Q2/2025): Establishing collaborative foundations with the launch of four major brands from Vietnam and South Korea, alongside exclusive product portfolios.
- Phase 2 (Q3/2025): Supporting pharmacies with omnichannel sales, deploying pharmacy management software, and optimizing operations.
- Phase 3 (Q4/2025 onwards): Shaping the modern pharmacy model powered by IoT, CRM, and AI-driven customer recognition.

Mr. Vu emphasized that Buymed’s O2O (Online-to-Offline) collaboration model is expected to enhance pharmacy operations and strengthen competitiveness. Rather than relying solely on walk-in customers, pharmacies can leverage digital platforms to drive traffic to their stores, encouraging both purchases and hands-on product experiences.

At the same time, Buymed’s comprehensive technology ecosystem features advanced POS and CRM systems. These tools help pharmacies minimize losses and maximize profitability by tracking orders, managing inventory, and automating customer care. As a result, pharmacies can deliver a more professional shopping experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and enhance their competitiveness against modern chains such as Long Chau and Pharmacity. In addition, Buymed introduced the integration of AI and IoT into its solutions. This includes AI-powered customer recognition and sensors that monitor drug storage conditions. Together, these innovations enable pharmacies to operate more intelligently without increasing staffing costs.
