La Beauté has worked with a number of e-commerce platforms in Vietnam for many years, but has not seen massive sales. Therefore, La Beauté looked for a specialized B2B e-commerce platform with more experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
They mainly asked for increasing their Black Friday sales (December 8, 2022 – December 14, 2022) in a number of key products such as Pomelo La Beauté pomelo shampoo, Neo Nature La Beauté nourishing shampoo, Neo Nature La Beauté herbal shampoo for anti-hair loss.
Solutions
Banner Home includes brand information, product images, media messages, discount programs and their duration, call to action, etc., will be displayed all day on the homepage of thuocsi.vn or the homepage of the respective category to increase traffic and conversion rate, thereby driving sales.
La Beauté customers will enjoy conveniences from ordering their products anytime, anywhere and real-time inventory management allows them to check whether the items they need are in stock or not.
When an order is placed, thuocsi.vn will decide which warehouse is the most suitable before delivery. For customers in the North and the Northern part of the Central Region, their products will normally be taken from the warehouse in Hanoi. The warehouse in Binh Duong will cover the South and the rest of the Central Region.
Results
After the 7-day Marketing Solutions campaign (from December 8 to December 14, 2022), 95 orders were placed with 213 La Beauté products sold. To be more precise, 86 placed orders (accounting for 90.5%) were for flagship products, the sales of which took up roughly 78%.
The campaign’s effectiveness:
– Sales went up by 23% compared to November 2022
– Sales went up by 127% compared to October 2022
